Being this is one of the most popular and up market resorts in Bali, it is very important that you book your hotel or visa ahead.  Going to Bali with the aim of staying here and finding that the hotels are fully booked will be very upsetting to say the least.  Nusa Dua hotels mostly all offer air-con, but just ask to make certain, there is not much worse than the humidity at night if you are not used to it. 

If taking a day trip to explore the island it’s a smart move to bear a few things in mind.  The more rural areas are not as accommodating when it comes to toilets, you will stumble upon some real horrors.  Always carry a toilet roll with you as few rustic toilets will supply any or hand soap, so take some of that with you also.
